I am writing an article. Let me put forth some details so that the context is clear. This person is a coach of a team and fans have a divided opinion on him. Half of them likes him, adore him, but the other half slate him, criticize him.
Does this make sense in this context
No coach in X history has divided the opinion of fans as much
"Person's Name".
