I need help with breaking my writing into paragraphs

I’m really bad with paragraphs. Is the following ok or should I divide it into seperate paragraphs?
“The Girl, a chador-draped vampire astride a skateboard, floats through a neo-noir dreamscape and meets a boy. An expressionistic romance light on narrative but loaded with symbolism and sociopolitical subtext; the lush black-and-white cinematography conveying more than what little dialogue is spoken and the soundtrack—switching eclectically between synth-pop and post-punk to Iranian alt-folk—helping create mood. Watched this blind and, firstly, did not expect an “Iranian vampire western” of all the other many genres and influences it blends; secondly, for it to be this cool.”
Also, should there be a comma before “and the soundtrack”? I’m not sure if it can stand as an independant clause.
