I don't see a double negative here. "Not" is one negative. Could you specify where you think the other negative might be? "At all" is a "negative polarity item"; it doesn't contribute a separate negative meaning to the sentence.

We use at all at the end of a clause to give emphasis in negative statements, conditional clauses, and questions. But at all doesn't make the clause negative. It's only used for emphasis:
Robin never really liked him at all. ("never" makes the sentence negative)
There were no roads at all. ("no" makes the sentence negative)
As you have noticed, there is only one negative element in the sentences, which means there is no double negation.
