what is the person who is concerned with lavishness called?

0

Is there any word for some people who are always concerned/ obsessed with the lavishness of the environment. For example they judge people on their wealth and what they own in life in terms of money and property, or sometimes by where they live, with people they live and what they wear.
They are not bad people, they are kind hearted and polite talkers and not even pompous all the time, but the quality and stature of everything always gather their attention.
