I've recently come across with a sentence " People who had commited a crime, before worked here, they will not be allowed to work in this company." But I used know that( before OR after +gerund) is unnecessary and the sentence includes, Had+past participle, past simple and future. I'd like to know about your valueable comments
Thank you.

The sentence you quote is not English (perhaps it's been translated badly from another language); but neither is "But I used know that( before OR after +gerund) is unnecessary". However, simply asking for comments on a quoted sentence is proof-reading, which we don't do. Please see our help pages and scroll down to "How can I ask about checking my text?"
