A question of literary translation

this is my first post on this forum.
I am trying to find the most literary (beautiful) translation for a theatre company based in China. The Chinese word used allows a great choice of different translations, so there is a lot of freedom to translate. So translation is not an issue. The Chinese word can mean "primary", "origin", "source", "beginning", "element", "principal", "first", "head", etc. It is often used in Chinese philosophy and cosmology, so basically it is a concept hard to translate. But we do not need a faithful translation, but a pleasant one.
However, I'd like to find to most original, literary and unique name... and if possible (not sure!) with a touch of Asian exoticism (since the company is located in the Far East). A word subtly evoking Chinese philosophy to Western ears would be great, but not vital. What I need is a lovely, remarkable name.
Since I am not a native speaker, it's difficult for me to appreciate the nuances of each possible translation, so I would really appreciate some help from native speakers with literary background.
Please, note that the use of the article "the" is a big mystery for me... Should it be used or not? So I am proposing several variations with or without it.
Of course, I must avoid names already used by other theatre companies.
