"its" is correct, as it is the possessive (of the chair). "It's" is only short for "it is," so you can test if the usage is correct by substituting in "it is":
I sat on the chair. One of it is legs was damaged.
As you can probably tell, this would be wrong. "Their" is used for plural possessive, like the legs of multiple chairs, and occasionally for a person when gender is not strictly masculine or feminine.
